To Be Successful, Does It Have to Hurt First?

Why this quote is significant is, they get stuck. They create a fear that if they change, they may fail or mess up.

Successful people make as lots of mistakes as someone else...they learn from each mistake. -Paul J. Meyer

What will happen if they fail? Doesn't this move us closer to success? The more they fail the closer to success they are?

In case you are doing the same thing every single day in your business and you are not getting the results you desire

What are a quantity of the action steps you might think about doing right now to shake things up?

You must change. It is the only way you have any chance of meeting or exceeding your goals.

Start along with your week. Start to write down what you and your team (they may record their own for you) are doing every fifteen minutes of each day for a week straight.

Critically review your recorded list. Circle every item which is not a direct client contact or promotion work. All of these things require to go. Either someone you hire needs to do them, or someone already working for you needs to do them from now on. not you any longer.

Follow these action steps immediately. The payoff is virtually guaranteed.

Clearly write out your goals for the year. There's nine months left to go. Share this information along with your team.
