Innovation: Do You "In-Joy" Your Work?

Today, let's speak about an innovative idea: "in-joy" your work by bringing joy to your work in lieu of seeking to extract joy from your work. Cease looking for joy & happiness in all the wrong places. What is a "wrong place"? Anything that is outside of yourself. Creativity is already within you. Peace is already within you, even in the midst of seeming outer chaos. Joy is already within you.

Yet they are so conditioned to give away our power-our sense of identity & our require for love, security, & self-esteem-to externals. This is why consumerism is so out of control. It is because they have believed the lie that there is something "wrong" with us, that we are coming from a position of shortage & lack.

What you see (with feeling) is what you get. So start seeing a new vision for your life, beginning within your mind's eye.

All of us are in technique, & there is lots of room for growth. Yet, needing to grow does not require to come from a place of deficiency. It is vital that all of us recognize a few things:

Joy is already within you. It is buried under your "cataract of the soul," which is your misperception regarding who you think you are & what you can be, do, or have.

You are applying the intending to your life. You define your experience by the way you see-your perception of the person, situation, or circumstances.

So here's the thing; when they seek that which cannot be found where they look for it, they find what they don't need. You cannot find joy in your work or purpose. You must bring & infuse joy in to your purpose & energize it. Then you will inspire others along with your work. They get frustrated & quit when they don't find what they wish WHERE they are seeking & expecting it.

I am getting so plenty of epiphanies these days. Why? Because I am expecting them; I am looking for them. "Seek & ye shall find" is a Truth.

In lieu of giving up, ask again, "Where am I able to find it? Who must I recognize myself to be to have what my heart is seeking?" There is power in humility. The answer you are seeking is closer than you think. Our outer experience is a reflection of our inner reality. Joy & purpose is "in here"; it is not "out there." Enjoy. "In-Joy"...and Be YOU, Magnificently!
